Our Mission
The Roanoke Jewish Federation builds and strengthens a “chesed” (loving-kindness) Jewish community for all Jews in the Greater Roanoke Valley. We do so by supporting and producing programing and services of value to the Jewish community, raising, stewarding, and distributing funds in support of causes of Jewish interest, engaging with the wider community and providing leadership on matters of Jewish concern.
